About me

Manel HADDADI

is the founder of Wisdom Leaders, her expertise in Leadership and Communication strategies is the culmination of different life paths and experiences. After studying Business administration in France and International Management in Germany, Manel set out to live her dream of becoming a Business Consultant at a big firm, this point coincided with a personal crisis that brought back Faith at the center of her life.

That particular crisis has reshaped the entire trajectory of Manel's vision for herself. And becoming a mother has only reinforced her decision, so she set out to becoming a Leadership and Communication trainer while working as an Entrepreneurship coach. Her work focused on supporting NGO's , Social startups and Initiatives to attain their financial independence and grow sustainably to achieve their goals. 

At the core of Manel's vision is community building. Her approach focuses on strengthening authentic connections between people for clearer communication, deeper interactions and longterm solidarity.

Manel's passion for nurturing sustainable and authentic connections between people, finds its root is her decade long experience working for women empowerment. Manel trained as a Gender consultant for the Energy sector at UN women, and is part of different organisations aiming to support women both  professionally and privately, in her capacity as a mentor, coach and consultant.
